Returns & Refunds Policy

30-Day Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy for any reason, you may return your Flow V1 within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the item is in its original condition with all accessories and packaging included.

Conditions for Return

• The product must be in its original, undamaged packaging.
• All included accessories (cables, stand, documentation) must be returned.
• The product must be free from physical damage, scratches, or signs of misuse.
• A proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) is required.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact us with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will respond within 1 business day with a returns authorisation and shipping instructions.
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided.
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty or we made an error with your order. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in return transit.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your Flow V1 arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage. We will arrange a free return and send a replacement or issue a full refund at your preference.

Refund Method

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card provider.
