Delivery Areas
We currently ship exclusively within the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland). We do not ship to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, BFPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.

Order Processing
Orders placed before 2:00 PM GMT on business days are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends / bank holidays will be dispatched the next business day.
Tracking
All orders are sent with full tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel.
Delivery Issues
If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please check the tracking information first. If you believe your parcel is lost or delayed beyond 5 business days, please contact us and we will investigate promptly.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. TahTech is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately and we will try to amend the address before dispatch.
